“Baran” is our lat­est short film that is cur­rently in the last stages of pro­duc­tion. It is a 9 minute short film based on an orig­i­nal idea by Ali Chenari and writ­ten by Danesh Gueeti and Arman Aryan.

“Baran” is the story of a lit­tle curi­ous girl called Roshanak who lives with her parents.

Every­day she watches the rain from her bed­room win­dow as it pours into their gar­den and is fas­ci­nated by it as it stops as sud­denly as it has started and starts pour­ing on the other side of their home.

She decides to ask her par­ents about it in order to under­stand why the rain pours inter­mit­tently on each side of her home but her par­ents have become used to the strange rain pat­tern and their replies do not sat­isfy her curiosity.

Roshanak finally decides that she has to find out why the rain pours dif­fer­ently on her home, and one night when everyone’s asleep she qui­etly starts climb­ing the stairs that lead to their home’s rooftop.

She finally reaches their rooftop after a few strange turns and she is amazed to dis­cover that .……
